About me

My mission is to help others to live a more joyful and pain free life.

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In 1999 I graduated from the School of Kinesiology and Physiatry at the University of Buenos Aires.

I specialized in Global Posture Re-education (RPG® Method) in 2004 and followed two advanced trainings in 2005 (“Assessment and treatment of the Cervical spine Pathology” and “Assessment and treatment of the Osteoarticular Pathology”).

From 2002 to 2006 I worked at the Pain Centre at FLENI, one of the most recognized rehabilitation institutions in Latin America. Work in an interdisciplinary environment gave me a bigger understanding of the complexity that chronic pain represents.

After giving birth to my first child, I left my full time job and decided to work in my private practice.

In 2011 I moved to The Hague with my husband and our two little children, as expats.

I took 2 sabbatical years and, once I settled down, I opened my private practice as RPG® specialist.

For a long time I’ve been interested in learning the Alexander Technique. This technique is about how to master your body’s movement and coordination through expanding your spacial awareness (from inside and outside) and appling what Matthias Alexander taught to his students about the Primary Control: the human body’s primary postural organization. This technique is not a therapy, it’s something that you can learn and apply it to your self. Through it you will rediscover your own body use and improve your coordination and ability to perform any daily life activity with much more ease and preventing injuries.

I enrolled at the Alexander Technique Centre Amsterdam and started the training in 2013, with Paul Versteeg and Tessa Marwick. I followed this training in a part-time base in parallel to my practice, and graduated as an Alexander Technique teacher in July 2020. I found it exceptionally useful when treating people who suffer from chronic pain problems.
