About me

My mission is to help others to live a more joyful and pain free life and to teach them more about there own body.

I was born in 1974 and grew up in Buenos Aires capital city in Argentina.

In 1999 I graduated from the School of Kinesiology and Physiatry at the University of Buenos Aires.

In 2004 I specialized in Global Posture Re-education (RPG® Souchard Method) and followed two advanced trainings (“Assessment and treatment of the Cervical spine Pathology” and “Assessment and treatment of the Osteoarticular Pathology”).

From 2002 to 2006 I worked at the Pain Centre of FLENI in Buenos Aires, one of the most recognized rehabilitation institutions in Latin America. To have worked in an interdisciplinary environment gave me a bigger understanding of the complexity that chronic pain represents and how much is needed the review those habits that can help the pain to perpetuate.

After giving birth to my first child, I left my full time job and decided to work in my private practice.

In 2011 we moved The Hague with my husband and our two boys.

Then I took 2 sabbatical years and once we felt settled down, I opened my private practice in The Hague.

For a long time I had been interested in learning the Alexander Technique. And once I moved to The Netherlands I was able to follow the training. I studied in Amsterdam and got my certificate in July 2020. I loved to learn this technique and to apply it to my daily life, as well I enjoy very much teaching it to my students.

My final recent achievement is to be register as a physiotherapist in The Netherlands, since June 2023.

I am member of the Koningklijk Nederlands Genootschap Fysiotherapie (KNGF), the Nederlandse Vereniging van leraren Alexander Techniek (NeVLAT) and co-funder of RPG Nederland, to promote this special physiotherapeutic method in The Netherlands.
