APPOINTMENT MAKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1 To make an appointment for RPG Method treatment or Alexander Technique lesson please read first the information on the website over these two approaches.
When you make an appointment you will receive a confirmation email via google calendar and a link for a form to fill in. It is advised to fill in this form before your first appointment.
2 All the information will be use only for treatment porpouse and it will remain private.
3 Appointment cancellation policy: If there is no show or last minute cancellation (less than 24 hrs before the appointment) 100% of the fee will be invoiced. To cancel your appointment you can send an email to fisiodebcraig@gmail.com or send a whatsapp message to +31648493289.
WHAT TO BRING TO THE SESSION
For treatment you may bring confortable close or confortable underware.
For Alexander Technique lessons confortable cloth.
In both cases you may bring your own towel to set on the treatment table.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS
The RPG session are 50 minutes.
Alexander Technique lesson are 45 min.
FEES AND PAYMENT METHOD (IMPORTANT)
Re-educate your Body doesn’t have contract with any health insurance.
RPG assesment session + first introduction session (50 min): €85.- (eligible for partial reimbursement from HI)
RPG Method sessions (50 min): €85 .- (eligible for partial reimbursement from HI)
Conventional physical therapy (30 min): €50.-
Conventional physical therapy assessment session (45 min): €75
Alexander Technique lesson (45 min): €62.- (NO eligible for reimbursement)
*Alexander Technique is not a physiotherapeutic method, so it is not cover by any health insurance here in The Netherlands. In case of re-integration process at work, after having a diagnose of RSI or burnout you can ask your employer to cover for lessons.
You will receive an invoice and a payment link (Tikkie business) by email. The due date for the payment is within 15 days from the invoice date. If the invoice in not paid before this date an extra fee of administrative costs will be charged.
For normal physiotherapy or Global Posture Re-education, depending on which health insurance you have and if you have physical therapy covered, you would be eligible to claim your health insurance for reimbursement. Be aware that the reimbursement fees vary per health insurance. Generally they reimburse a percentage of the average fee for physiotherapy session (30 min based= €30-60). COMPLAINS PROCEDURE
In case that you have a complain first try to find a solution with your practicioner.
In case you can’t find a solution to your complain you can contact the commission of the KNGF (Koningklijk Nederlands Genootschap Fysiotherapie) https://defysiotherapeut.com/klachtenregeling/klachtenregeling/
In case that you have complains over your Alexander Technique teacher, first try to find a solution with your teacher.
